We provide children, youth, adults, the elderly and the physically challenged with quality products through care and personal attention. Our Customer Care Representatives are trained to help you choose the best product that fits your needs. Place your order before 4PM E.S.T. on any business day, and we will ship your order out the same day, right to your door.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa/MC, American Express, Discover and Visa/MC debit cards. We will also accept prepaid orders by money order or cashier's check only. An order is deemed to be valid after prepayment has been received by credit card or money order.
PRICES
Unfortunatly due to manufacturer price increases that we are not aware of until last minute, our prices are subject to change without notice.
PACKAGING
All items are shipped in the manufacturer's box unless the shipment is requested to go out discreetly packaged.
TAX
There will be a 8.75% sales tax added to your order for any small items placed on the order if it's shipped to New York.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE SHIPPING in select areas. Shipping to zip codes that begin with a 7, 8 or 9 will incur an additional $5.95 shipping charge per case. There are no additional handling or order fees added.
All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground within the continental United States. We do not ship outside the US at this time. We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that you are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. If FedEx has to correct the address, they charge us a correction fee of $5.00. If the error is yours, we will charge you the fee.
All items are shipped by ground.
RETURNS
For any disposable product returns, we can only accept unopened bags and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any bags returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any washable or reusable products.
You must contact us before you return any item for instructions and return authorization.
If we have made an error on your order, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the order. We will ship the correct item immediately and pick up the incorrect item with no additional cost to you.
No returns accepted after 60 days of receipt of the order.

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
